1. Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact details; account and authentication data; organization, role, and professional information; inquiry and project-context information; partner capability information; newsletter preferences; and records of communications.

When you use the site, systems may collect device, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, log, security, cookie, and interaction information. Do not submit sensitive project or personal information unless requested through an approved channel.

2. Sources of information

Information may come directly from you, your organization, project participants, service providers, recruiting or partner platforms, security tools, publicly available sources, and your use of JDY services.

If you provide information about another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so and for directing them to relevant notices where required.

3. How information is used

JDY may use information to provide and secure services; create and verify accounts; route and respond to inquiries; evaluate project, partner, or candidate interest; send requested publications; manage preferences; maintain records; improve content and operations; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Where required, JDY relies on consent. Other processing may be based on a requested service, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interests balanced against individual rights.

4. Email, SMS, and account messages

JDY may send verification, security, transactional, or service messages needed to operate an account or respond to a request. Marketing email or SMS is sent according to consent and applicable law.

You may withdraw marketing consent through an unsubscribe method or by contacting JDY. Withdrawal does not prevent essential account, security, or service communications where permitted. Carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS.

5. How information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed within JDY to personnel who need it and to vendors supporting hosting, security, communications, analytics, identity, forms, recruiting, and other operations under appropriate obligations.

JDY may also disclose information when directed by you; for a proposed or completed business transaction; to protect rights, safety, systems, or users; or when required by law, legal process, or an authorized request. JDY does not sell personal information for money.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use essential storage for security, routing, preferences, and core operation, and may use optional analytics or measurement technologies where enabled and permitted.

Available cookie controls depend on region and implementation. Browser settings may also limit storage, but blocking essential technologies can affect site functions.

7. Retention and security

JDY retains information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described, including service delivery, records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Retention varies by information type and relationship.

JDY uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so use approved channels and protect your credentials.

8. International processing

JDY and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where it was collected. Privacy laws and government access rules can differ.

Where required, JDY uses recognized transfer mechanisms or other safeguards for cross-border processing.

9. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. Rights can be subject to exceptions and verification.

Submit a request through the contact channel above. JDY may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization.

10. Children, changes, and contact

JDY digital services are intended for business and employment-related audiences and are not directed to children. Do not knowingly submit a child's personal information through general forms.

JDY may update this Policy as services and requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version. Use the project inquiry form for privacy questions or requests.
