1. Scope and relationship
The digital services provide company information, project inquiry routing, publications, account functions, and partner or career resources. They do not by themselves create a construction contract, professional-services engagement, fiduciary duty, employment relationship, bid invitation, award, partnership, or joint venture.
Any project or commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms for the contracted service, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
2. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of credentials and verification channels. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Notify JDY promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. JDY may require verification, restrict access, or suspend an account to protect users, systems, or information.
3. Informational content
Website content is provided for general information. Construction methods, safety measures, costs, schedules, codes, permits, contracts, and technical recommendations depend on project-specific facts and jurisdictional requirements.
Do not rely on website content as a substitute for qualified project advice, required professional services, a site-specific safety plan, or review by authorities having jurisdiction.
4. User submissions
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize JDY to host, process, reproduce, and route it as reasonably necessary to operate the requested service, respond to you, protect the platform, and comply with law.
Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, classified, privileged, regulated, or highly sensitive material unless JDY has expressly authorized the method of transfer and appropriate agreements are in place. An unsolicited submission does not create a duty of confidentiality.
5. Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use requirements below. You may not misuse accounts, probe or disrupt systems, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, infringe rights, or use the services to harm people or property.
JDY may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
6. Intellectual property
The JDY name, logos, site design, text, graphics, media, and software are owned by JDY or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. No ownership transfers through use of the services.
You may view and make reasonable internal use of publicly available content. You may not remove notices, imply endorsement, republish substantial portions, or use JDY marks without permission.
7. Third-party services
The services may link to or rely on third-party tools, maps, identity providers, analytics, communications, or job platforms. Third-party terms and privacy practices may apply to those services.
JDY is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Availability and changes
JDY may update, suspend, or discontinue digital features and may change these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by an updated date or other notice where appropriate.
The services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security, capacity, provider failure, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, digital services are provided on an as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. JDY does not promise uninterrupted access or that general content will fit a particular project purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations applicable to a contracted project are governed by its signed agreement.
10. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer an account or these Terms without consent where consent is legally required.
Applicable law and dispute provisions may depend on the service, user location, and any signed agreement. Contact JDY for the terms governing a specific engagement.
